PURPOSE AND GENERAL OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the Calvary Baptist Bible College is to train men and women for effective gospel ministry in the local church. Through the Bible related subjects and activities conducted in the college, students will become prepared to serve as effective minister of the Lord Jesus Christ.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

 To inculcate a comprehensive knowledge of the Bible and an understanding of Christian doctrine.

 To develop an appreciation for Baptist heritage including a thorough knowledge of the history and distinctive of fundamental Baptists.

To develop attitudes of service and commitment of local church.

To instill a missionary vision and dedication to worldwide outreach and personal evangelism.

To broaden and deepen the general education of students for effective living as separated Christian workers and effective Christian citizens.

To prepare students to serve with competence in one or more spheres of Christian service.

To instill a desire for lifelong commitment to personal spiritual growth through daily Bible study and prayer.
